We endeavour to deliver within the stipulated timeframe. However, should there be any delay in shipment by our supplier &/or courier, we will contact you immediately to inform you - in rare cases like this, you can either opt to:

wait for the delayed shipment to arrive OR

request for a refund (credited within 14 days)
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Your purchased item(s) is/are refundable/exchangeable, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping fee is non-refundable. Return shipping fee is at your own cost.

We will send any exchanges or replacement items out free of charge.

Item(s) for refund or exchange, must reach our office within 14 days upon receipt of your order.

All returns must be in the original condition & packaging, with the tags/labels attached & in a saleable condition. Speed Hunter reserves the right to decline your request for refund/exchange if the returned items do not meet the above conditions.

We will refund you the full purchase price excluding shipping fee, if you are requesting for an exchange but stock is unavailable.

You may request for an exchange of size or a new product. Exchange for a new product must be of the same or lower value as your order - we will not refund the price difference. You will need to pay the price difference if the new product is of a higher price than your order.

All refunds will be credited via Paypal/Stripe or bank transfer within 14 working days upon receipt of your returned item(s).
HOW TO REQUEST FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE
E-mail us at bart800k@hotmail.com with the following information:- your full name, contact number, request (refund or exchange) & order number.
- We will acknowledge your email with further details on how to ship out the item(s) back to our office. Kindly note that you have to bear the return shipping costs.
- Ship out the item(s) to be refunded or exchanged, only after you have received an acknowledgement email from us.
